      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I do not think it is possible to wear any in the air headphone with heaing aides, best bet would be ones that sit outside your ears.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, a bone conductive headphone might work. I wear 1 aid and it doesn't interfere at all. Do a Google search as they are priced from 25 to 300. I bought a cheap one for work as I have to listen to a tape and transcribe minutes for meetings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

QVC and HSN both carry them as well as other places. My husband wears in the ear hearing aids can use these. He will sometimes just take them off and use regular on or over the ear headphones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
