    <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly? Neither one. NOOM is in hot water with the BBB for overcharging and continuing to charge people after they've dropped their subscription. GOLO? Any plan that has you taking THEIR supplements as a part of the plan should send you running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't need a "weight reduction" or "diet" plan. You need to make a lifestyle change. Move more. Eat less. Don't eat ******. If you're determined to pay for something, look in to a lifetime subscription to Lose It. I think it's right around $100.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'll speak to the ingredient stack in the GOLO supplement. The active ingredients are magnesium (a smooth morning move), zinc? I'm clueless there and chromium which is a mineral and will help with glucose metabolism. You can dupe these 3 at GNC for less than $20.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The rest are commonly called fat burners. Like caffeine, may give you energy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I do take chromium, 200mcg, twice a day with meals. Cuts sugar cravings for me and does help control bloodsugar.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It was constant.&amp;nbsp; I know that may sound stupid but it was like getting emails from valley girls. LOL&amp;nbsp; Or whatever you would call them now.&amp;nbsp; The little I did see was pure common sense life changes.&amp;nbsp; I'm with my tried and true Weight Watchers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
