No weight whatsoever on my body. Teeter in full Inversion, and do several types of different curls. Haven't found 1 harder, nor as effective.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Can work upper and lower independently, same with the obliques. Gotta do some twisting with those to get 'em exact. Also can really works the quad if I want, great for my skating, if the rink ever opens again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Six pack is still there, but loose skin dims them a little. No way I know of but "the knife" to beat that gravitational pull!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;hckynut&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="7"&gt;🏒&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I came across HASfit and that was that.&amp;nbsp; Love the exercises, the coach and his wife and I've seen results.&amp;nbsp; All for free if you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
