@hopi It is my understanding that it will be with 2000 IU Vitamin D3.

HSN has the Essential one with 2000 mg Vit D3 - 400 up now for $79.90 which is what I paid last time it was a TSV.

i need to find a good multi vitamin,, i use to love natures code many yrs ago.. then they changed and the reviews are bad... so are these vitamins any good? i use to love natures code everything was in 1 pack... so handy.. i dont want to have to use supplements on top of supplements just to get the right amount of things... tell me the pros and cons of these vitamins please and thank you so much

I loved the original Nature's Code. I felt the best on it and could tell if I skipped.

I moved over to Centrum Silver Chewables for a while and then Andrew's similar Women's Packets like Nature's Code.

I've since switched to Essential 1 because I take a lot of supplements and liked that this was just 1 capsule vs the 6 in the packet.
