topic Eye drops in Wellness

I have just had cataract surgery and have to use the eye drops four times a day. It takes forever for the drop to come out of the bottle and go just right into my eye. I shake the bottle and position it above my eye while lying down. Anyone have any suggestions? Keep the bottles upside down?
