    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;My Sister and I are both starting the new Weight Watchers program, On Line, in the next week or so.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We're doing on line because, right now, anyway, neither of us have time to go to meetings. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;If you do on line, do you think it's as effective?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Also, isn't there a book you can buy that gives the points for a large variety of foods and some restaurant foods?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'd welcome any tips and suggestions for getting started, as well as any great recipes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I know there is a zero point vegetable soup recipe.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm sure I can find it, but, if anyone wants to post it, that would be "souper"!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
