    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone tried this?  I have her book, but haven't finished reading it.  Can't make up my mind if I want to do WW or something different.  Had good success with WW in the past, but couldn't continue with meetings due to my finances. One thing for sure, it was the only lifestyle change that worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
