      <description>&lt;P&gt;When DH and I snack...which isn't often anymore, we have UTZ's pork rinds if we are craving crunchy/savory....or nuts...plain/raw almonds or cashews. We keep the Blue Diamond 100 calorie packs of the almonds handy and they are great in a pinch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we are craving something sweet, we'll split a pkg of FatSnax cookies we keep in the freezer...lemon or chocolate chip. Sometimes we make our own keto-homemade cookies or biscotti.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm currently trying to stay away from snacks! &amp;nbsp;Boy, it's hard! &amp;nbsp;After being so used to having 2 snacks a day -- this is challenging. &amp;nbsp;I am the type though that does better just going cold turkey.
