I injured my left and right shoulders in the back months ago, shoveling ice. It hasn't stopped hurting. Does anybody know of any exercises I could do to relieve this pain?

@Brisky , you need to identify what the issue is. It could be several things. If you can, you should see a physiotherapist. He/she will give you exercises to strengthen the muscle and for pain relief. Good luck. LM

I definitely agree with the posters here. You need to get it checked. An MRI or X-ray. I have shoulder issues physical therapy always helps me. Good luck.

My health is good. But 18 years ago,my stomach tore open from and emergency c section. I was bleeding out because of placenta previa. Daughter has cerebral palsy and my stomach tore open from my breast bone to my pelvic bone during operation. Then I had 3 more operations to implant mesh into my stomach.
