      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Recently, my calcium level had risen a bit.&amp;nbsp; I looked at the bottles of supplements, and discovered that in addition to the 500mgs of Calcium Intensive Care I was taking daily, there is calcium in quite a few of the supplements and with that, including food, I was intaking too much.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I stopped the calcium supplement for over a week, then was retested and all was fine, so now I will only take the supplement on days when I don't eat calcium rich food&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(It apparently mixes with the cholesterol.) After years of them telling us to take so much of it to protect our bones, I wasn't happy when I heard that.&amp;nbsp; I've added Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D, which both aid calcium absorption into your bones.&amp;nbsp; I also eat quite a bit of yogurt, and&amp;nbsp; I was already taking magnesium for many years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keeps calcium away from the heart.&amp;nbsp; I have been taking calcium for the last 15 years and have no clue as to what my levels are, never heard of such a thing being tested.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
