Angel Smedley from Quacker Factory said a few weeks ago that Maria had all the info on her facebook page at QVC but I can't find anything on the Q facebook page about any of the models. I even called customer service and they couldn't find anything. I would love to know the answer. It seems like she lost it quick and I have tried a lot of things with not much luck.
