Personally, I would have blood work done first before taking any sort of supplement except maybe a multi vitamin. I don't quite understand those who take several different supplements for no specific reason. I think OTC self medication can be dangerous.

I have never heard of the supplement you asked about.

My suggestion is to only take supplements if blood tests show you are deficient.

Giving your body something it does not need is not helping you in any way. You are stressing your liver and kidneys to break down these additional supplements to rid those useless chemicals from the body.

My husband, myself and my boys rotate with Aztaxanthin and Turmeric for a good antioxidant. One of my sons has eye damage from a concussion and the Aztaxanthin is good for your eyes too. It has helped my teenage boys skin too as both of these are anti-inflammatory. We actually use Gaia turmeric for pain instead of ever taking any ibuprofen. Just be careful to get a reputable brand. I get a lot of my natural medicine info from Dr. Mercola.. Years ago, I was so sick and regular doctors couldn’t figure it out. I went to his clinic and it saved my life. One of my son’s has his health due to him too.

Everyone also regularlly take probiotics, fish oil, vitamin D3 with K2 (we live in WI), and magnesium. My husband and I also take Ubiquinol. I take iron as I am low and get my level checked regularly. Once a year, we do get our vitamin D levels checked, but they are almost always still a bit lower than our doctor would like. Seems like when you live in the north, you need to supplement vitamin D as we aren’t making it most of the year. This is just what our family does.

Doctors are not big into supplements. They push the big pharma. I visit a Naturopathic doctor who will suggest vitamins.
