    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone, I am literally digging out, this is no joke.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Over 200 inches of snow here now.&amp;nbsp; 75 inches in February alone!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yesterdays storm was the storm of all storms....60 mph winds on top of the snow falling, no power, trees down, roofs caving in... It's been terrible hence why I wasn't on here yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did to a TG workout this morning and a rebounding workout on the reformer, then more shoveling.&amp;nbsp; It's not even March and we still have that to get through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our mailbox was buried so digging that out, no where to put the snow, the roads are down to 1 lane in town, and the parking meters are not visable.&amp;nbsp; I just am so over this!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Judy I do have to say I am so sorry for all this trouble you have gone through with your SSN, I would be having major anxiety, I have it anyways but if this happened I'd need medication.&amp;nbsp; I jope you can get this straightened out and nothing was compromised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to sit here a bit with coffee and just be quiet.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Kind of overwhelmed with all this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did read the posts but my fingers are so cold I am having trouble typing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Everyone stay safe out there!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Good morning, everyone. &amp;nbsp; I hope everyone is well. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Well, I’m coming out of hibernation today. &amp;nbsp;I MUST get my car maintenance done. &amp;nbsp;Tires need to be rotated, washer fluid checked, oil changed and whatever else is needed. &amp;nbsp;I should have done this in November but my middle name is procrastination, lol. &amp;nbsp;I cancelled an appointment last week so I can’t cancel today. &amp;nbsp;There’s some snow from overnight but not much.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Probably no workout today either but tomorrow is promising. &amp;nbsp;The temperature is supposed to be in the thirties! &amp;nbsp;Heat wave, lol. &amp;nbsp;So I’m looking for to Zumba tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Enjoy your day folks.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all!&amp;nbsp; Well, my zumba class went well yesterday--but I only had 2 people.&amp;nbsp; The gym has effectively killed the zumba program there because people don't like the other instructors and the following that I was starting to build quit going because of the above.&amp;nbsp; And then yesterday I found out someone who used to be in my zumba class (when I was a student) and was seemingly one of my biggest supporters, was bad mouthing me in the locker room saying I was a terrible teacher and that I had no sense of rhythm.&amp;nbsp; Believe me, I've got more in my little finger than she's got in her whole body.&amp;nbsp; What a witch.&amp;nbsp; And she is loud, so everyone heard her.&amp;nbsp; I'm pretty sure people who have taken my class would not agree with her.&amp;nbsp; I'm not the greatest teacher because I don't have dance background, but I can keep a beat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today is my training session.&amp;nbsp; It is kind of expensive, but it keeps me going to the gym.&amp;nbsp; I do show up for that session.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking about&amp;nbsp; joining the Planet Fitness near me just to make sure I go get some cardio on the weekends.&amp;nbsp; Tomorrow is just a hair appointment and it's a good thing because my bangs are driving me nuts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you all have a great weekend!&amp;nbsp; Happy February!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well well well, here we are in February!!&amp;nbsp; Another month closer to Spring!!&amp;nbsp; I cleaned for dad today, took me 3 hours, I was tired when I got done.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But I came home and jumped on my rebounder for 30 minutes, 260 calories in 30 isn't bad...Over 12,000 steps so far today, no that wasn't from rebounding&amp;nbsp; LOL...wish I could rack them up that fast!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Warming up so I hear, by the weekend.&amp;nbsp; Not where some of you may get but I'm happy with 30!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Dang its been cold!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes Ruby, it's a good thing for sure!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wishing everyone a great evening!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Super Bowl Sunday, very dreary here.&amp;nbsp; We did go out to the annual Pancake breakfast with my sister and BIL, and my dad and it was very nicely put on.&amp;nbsp; Then came home.&amp;nbsp; I exercised by rebounding for 50 minutes on my new Leaps and Bounds Rebounder.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Awesome mini trampoline, and after reading about how good rebounding is for your lymphatic system and many others areas of your health, I did some research and I couldn't afford the Bellicon so went with this brand.&amp;nbsp; Very pleased.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Making a homemade pizza for Super Bowl, veggi's on my side mind you!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hope everyone is enjoying their day.&amp;nbsp; Winter storm coming tonight again into tomorrow, starting with ice,,,not good!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adios!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone!&amp;nbsp; Raining and then sunny day by the Bay.&amp;nbsp; A little chilly but not bad.&amp;nbsp; Did all sorts of running around this weekend.&amp;nbsp; My DD has a non-profit foundation and they were loading up a truck with furniture for a family that lost everything in the Paradise fire.&amp;nbsp; So I helped do that yesterday morning.&amp;nbsp; Today did a Turbo Jam 30 minute leg workout.&amp;nbsp; Now laundry is going, set up my new Amazon Fire Stick, and getting ready to watch the Super Bowl.&amp;nbsp; Since I was born and raised in So. California, I'll be rooting for the Rams but really don't care who wins.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Good morning, group. &amp;nbsp; I hope everyone had a great weekend. &amp;nbsp;Temperature was in the forties and today in the fifties ........wow, what a difference a few days make.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;This morning I have Senior Cardio and Strength &amp;amp; Motion (weights with cardio). &amp;nbsp;Hope I can make it through, lol. &amp;nbsp;Saturday’s Zumba class was ok considering I had missed the last couple of classes and hadn’t been to my fitness center in over a week! &amp;nbsp;Hope that doesn’t happen again soon.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Enjoy your day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;good morning, all!&amp;nbsp; It looks like everyone had a good active weekend.&amp;nbsp; We had lovely weather, but yesterday the wind came back and it was awful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did go join Planet Fitness this weekend so that I am more motivated to get some activity in on the weekend.&amp;nbsp; This is how it went:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went in on Saturday afternoon, fully intending to sign up (I should have just done it online) and this kid who looked about 12, struts up and says may I help you?&amp;nbsp; His name is Jacob.&amp;nbsp; I said, yes, I plan on signing up, but I'd like a tour of the facilities first.&amp;nbsp; "Oh sure," says Jacob, "Have you ever been in a gym before?"&amp;nbsp; The inside me wanted to say "I could bench press you, you little twit." and then throat punch him.&amp;nbsp; The outside me says "uh, yes, I go to the gym most days of the week, downtown:"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a nice big gym with lots of equipment and I only plan on going on the weekend, although I did sign up for 2 30 minute classes this week--a Refresh class, which is supposed to be some balance work and yoga and a Stretch class, which I'm assuming is stretching.&amp;nbsp; I went ahead with the black card membership--about 20 bucks a month which includes some extras, including the hydromassage beds and tanning.&amp;nbsp; I used one of the massage beds yesterday and it was FANTASTIC!&amp;nbsp; But Jacob needs to be taught some manners.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today is Quick Fit and then I have the task that I hate most tonight--the HOA board meeting.&amp;nbsp; Most thankless job on the planet.&amp;nbsp; And I'm a volunteer!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you all have a great day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12130"&gt;@DrKelli&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; $20!&amp;nbsp; I wish I could find a place like that.&amp;nbsp; And I am perfectly okay with a chalk outline at the entrance of your new gym.&amp;nbsp; Here lies Jacob after he couldn't out bench press a girl has a nice ring to it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went shopping again with my mom and got in about 7000 steps yesterday.&amp;nbsp; That's a lot for me so I had a very good walking experience for two days straight.&amp;nbsp; She is actually down 20 pounds which I am so happy to see.&amp;nbsp; She lost 14 on Nutrisystem and then switched to a keto like plan (low carb high protein) and lost the other 6.&amp;nbsp; Actually 10 because she gained 4 back over the holidays.&amp;nbsp; I really hope she keeps going.&amp;nbsp; She has doctor appointments in a few weeks after she comes back from Hawaii later this month.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully, she'll see some good results in her vitals too from getting rid of the weight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great Monday all!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone!&amp;nbsp; Its a wet, cold, soggy day by the Bay.&amp;nbsp; Later today we may even get lightening and hail!&amp;nbsp; Thats a big deal for us!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning I did the 2-mile, 30 minute Leslie Sansone workout.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like its warming up in some places, which is good!&amp;nbsp; The rest of you stay warm and dry.&amp;nbsp; Not much else to report.&amp;nbsp; Hope everyone has a good day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’re young enough to like that, though. &amp;nbsp;Plus the workout schedule wasn’t to my liking. &amp;nbsp;Plenty of machines and weights. &amp;nbsp;Back then, they advertised $10 a month. &amp;nbsp;Thats an enticement for crowds. &amp;nbsp;It was a strip mall.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Tuesday is Body &amp;amp; Sculpt day, then Flexibility. &amp;nbsp;Might do Zumba but I doubt it. &amp;nbsp;I haven’t weighed in weeks. &amp;nbsp;Guess why. &amp;nbsp;I feel 😞.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Enjoy your day, everyone!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
