That's just pretty normal for me. I've taken melatonin in the past and at best it helped me to knot wake up and hop out of bed. I was able to wake up and sort of just go back to sleep. For the most part it doesn't help at all most of the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's still the noise bothering you then you have to go to the doctor and explain it all to him. Maybe write down stuff ahead of time so you don't leave anything out. Explain that others don't hear the noise, when it's happening and where.&amp;nbsp;I know you walk a lot. Do you hear it when you are out doing that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Melatonin never helped me at all. I take Ambien now. It’s a script, not an OTC drug. Some people have bad reaction to Ambien, but I’m just fine with it. Only take it when I really need a sound night’s sleep.</description>

My doctor recommended Spring Valley 3mg. It did nothing for me. For years I have had bad sleeping habits. I get about 3-4 hours&amp;nbsp; of sleep at night, on and off. Sleep for about 15-20 minutes and then up for a few hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to be enough sleep for me but I wish I could get some more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
