Just saw (and ordered) Cholestacare, quantity of 1,000 for only $99.00! It is way much higher on HSN and they do not even offer 1,000 size. This is a great deal and it is on EZ pay.

Yikes, if you take one or two with each meal or snack, you're talking major money. I'll stick with my Simvastin which I know works and costs me about $10/mo with insurance and is just one pill per day.

Since 2004 I take Puritans Pride Cholest Wise, a much better and much more comprehensive formula than Cholesta Care, not to mention a much lower price, especially when Puritans offers major deals all the time, check it out!!

The complete instructions state 1 or 2 with each meal or snack depending on the amount of food consumed. I never need to take more than 3 maybe 4 a day, so this lasts almost a year. At this price making it more economical than $10/mo.

Since these supplements are unregulated, I always look on them and their salesmen with suspicion. I have to take leutin to ward off macular degeneration, and it's so important for my eye health, I take two different brands hoping one is the real deal.

I have done my homework, with OTC plant sterol products like CholestaCare you need a minumum of 2000 mg per day for them to have any effect, which is 5 of these daily with meals.

I wish something like this would work for me. The only thing I have ever found to help me out is a brand I use of red yeast rice with CoQ10 in it.

@lovesallanimals Many of us are eager to see/hear Andrew Lessman this weekend. I am on my final quantity of CholestaCare and need to replenish. I just had lab work done the other week and am looking forward to seeing my doctor next week to see what my numbers are.

Last year my cholesterol numbers went down so much, that my doctor took me off the statins. He asked what I was doing and I told him (and showed him!) CholestaCare. He read all the information about it on the bottle and online. He said to keep doing what I was doing, because it was working!

I also use Andrew's ChocoNuvo and Oatmeal, which both have CholestaCare in it, so that probably helps too.

Believe it is the TS this weekend, so prices should be the lowest for the year.

Unfortunately most mainstream doctors just advise their patients

to use the most popular low carb/keto/paleo diet best seller as

basis for their nutritional advice. Them giving a thumb’s up for

a supplement sold on a shopping channel is par for the course.

As advised, a diet low in saturated fat & cholesterol is to be

used for best results...read: not a low carb/keto/paleo diet.

Most will raise cholesterol w/ LCHF food then take a supplement

to reduce it back to zero..all the while proclaiming low carb diet

and/or supplement lowers their biomarkers...when just some

old fashioned oatmeal & vegetables would do the same.

Crazy world we live in.

According to the Food and Drug Administration,

as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol,

I just eat oatmeal, mostly steel cut. It's natural and safe and it seems to work. My cholesterol's levels are good.

i also eat a square of very dark chocolate everyday. 85% cocao.

i do not trust supplements. Very little regulation on them.

camelot: I never, ever take anything without checking with my Dr. first. When I first received this about 2 years ago, I showed it to my Dr. and she said it seems to be safe, there is nothing that will hurt you. Give it a try and we will check your cholesterol level in 3 months. Well, my cholesterol level went down and she was thrilled. I eat a very healthy diet but after menopause, I developed cholesterol a little on the high side. for me, this works.

I always purchase an extra container (I get the big 300-count ones) just to hand out to my friends and coworkers throughout the year. They can't believe how silky smooth the chocolate is. It truly melts in the mouth.

I have been able to get several people turned onto Dr. Lessman's products just by handing these out. They each have different needs, but have been truly helped by his various supplements.

I'm a chocoholic, so being able to eat ChocoNuvo and have it take care of the cholesterol is truly great for me.

World Traveler: I am hooked on the 91%. I am not a big chocolate lover but I do like really dark chocolate. I eat two a day.
