    <description>&lt;P&gt;I made the best kale chips! I was out shopping over the weekend and being vegan sometimes it is a challenge to eat when you are hungry and on the go.  I usually carry fresh fruit, but I happened to be in Sprouts and spied a bag of kale chips - $5 for a few chips ...so I made my own kale chips....only challenge is they don't last long in my home the nibbling starts before they are even "cooked"! &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;What do you do for healthy treats when you are rarely home?  I've found that carrying fresh snacks in an insulated bag really helps me stay on course.  Bananas are also a mainstay as they don't require any prep or cooler. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
