    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have recently lost 65 lbs. I'm a WW Lifetime member.&lt;BR /&gt; Later this month I will turn 50 and in good health.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I really want to run to help keep my weight off. I did the couch to 5K program and was sucessful a couple months back.&lt;BR /&gt; I don't practice running every day on my treadmill. At least 3 times per week. Other days I like to workout with Leslie Sansone, etc.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Now, it's hard for me to run for 20 minutes let alone 30 or so. I never EVER mastered a 5K and it disappoints me, because that was a goal I had for myself turning 50.&lt;BR /&gt; I don't want to run fast, I want to run distance.&lt;BR /&gt; I don't know why this running thing has defeated me.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance,&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Sunshineflower&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
