I used to religiously get RO from Whole Foods with my reusable jugs,

but I had issues with the jugs leaking. Just went to tap...

major difference in taste but can’t argue with the convenience.

I miss my Reverse Osmosis water.

Any suggestions for reusable jugs?

The Berkey seems popular for many...stainless steel home filtration.

Maybe that would be an option for me...

Any opinions?

I do not drink my tap water.

My supplier puts in too much sodium hydroxide.

They get complaints, then they ratchet it back for a time.

It's so ironic because we have such an abundant supply of good water here.

I got tired of toting bottled water, I use a zero water pitcher, not sure if it's worth it.

I'd like to add that drinking clean water out of the ground with natural minerals is the way to go but not everyone has access. Our bodies needs some of those minerals.

@FlowerBear

Unless I absolutely have no other option, I will not drink tap water! I have a Wagerlogic purifier and it is the best tasting.

"Waterlogic uses a three-step filtration process to improve the taste of water. The first step is the porous filter, which eliminates impurities like lead, pesticides, petro-chemicals, chlorine, and other toxins. Step two involves using a UV lamp to purify the water, destroying bacteria like hepatitis, E. Coli, and salmonella. The UV lamp sits at the dispensing point of the Waterlogic water purifier to destroy 99.9999% of germs before the water reaches your glass. The third and final step includes an infusion of Biocote, a natural antimicrobial infused with a silver additive to inhibit the growth of germs on the purifier."

I can tell the difference and my SO is always testing me with 2 glasses of water and I always pick the filtered one.

When we lived in Pa we did not drink our tap water because we had to have a water softener and that adds a ton of salt to your water, so we drank bottled.Now we have nice soft tap water and so we drink the water from the refrigerator door all the time.There is a little filter in the fridge so it goes thru that but otherwise it is as they send it.And it comes out already nice & cold.
