Had a 'spell' of vertigo as a result of ear infection. Then ear infection returned. Getting my wits about me now, but out of the good 'habit' of exercising, and behind on my goal. A bit discouraged, but will prevail. Any tips for getting back into healthy routines would be great. Thx&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#993366"&gt;Good morning all. &amp;nbsp;Cloudy, moreso than yesterday so maybe the rain will actually come instead of teasing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#993366"&gt;I hope everyone is recovering. &amp;nbsp;Everyday seems to bring something new.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#993366"&gt;Hopefully, I can go for my three favorite classes this morning but my lips are swollen again. &amp;nbsp;I decided last night to use some &amp;nbsp;anti fungal cream the doctor gave me a few weeks ago because the last of my lip issue hadn't gone away. &amp;nbsp;(This was in combination with the Angular Cheilitus that l was dealing with). &amp;nbsp;If the swelling goes down some before I leave, I'll go out. &amp;nbsp;I hate it when people look at you because there something weird going on with your face but are too polite to ask, lol. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#993366"&gt;There is a thread in here about weight loss when you're older that says that it can make you look older. &amp;nbsp;It is so true! &amp;nbsp;(I'm already old so I don't need that, lol). &amp;nbsp;Since I've lost that 25lbs, I can see that. &amp;nbsp;Your face loses elasticity so it shows wrinkles more. &amp;nbsp;Now the 👄s. &amp;nbsp;Hot mess! &amp;nbsp;Hopefully things will normalize again before my trip to Vegas Saturday. &amp;nbsp;My new normal, that is. &amp;nbsp;The bar keeps changing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#993366"&gt;Well, I'm hoping for the best. &amp;nbsp;Have a good day ladies.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning, all! I guess we've moved over here early!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My shoulder is still bothering me, so I didn't do Quick Fit yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I am working out today though, but will avoid any shoulder work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm super busy right now with work and yet, here I sit on a message board!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent an email to the fitness supervisor at the rec center in my town about the SPLASH class.&amp;nbsp; Keep your fingers crossed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm headed to New Mexico for an OSHA audit next week.&amp;nbsp; Even though I think it will go well, it is still very stressful.&amp;nbsp; Thank goodness it is a quick trip--just overnight, although I will be working my tail off while I'm there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving hi to everyone, including our MIA people!&amp;nbsp; Hope you have a great day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="3"&gt;1.69 miles,3850 steps is about the maximum of what I seem to be able to get on my fitbit, which is way far away from my goal.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But because I can barely walk at all, I am happy.&amp;nbsp; When the weather cools down, maybe I can get 2 miles!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy August 1st everyone, it's cooler today and expecting some rain which we really need but it's sunny at the moment.&amp;nbsp; I ran around this morning too foxxie, grocery day.&amp;nbsp; I'm making spaghetti for dad today.&amp;nbsp; He needs to eat more.&amp;nbsp; He had a dr. appt. yesterday and he's in good shape other than he's too thin.&amp;nbsp; Very blessed he's doing so well at 90.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have about 12 quarts of blueberries thus far in the freezer that hubby is picking for me.&amp;nbsp; I will be well stocked for winter which makes me very happy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will walk Logan today on the trail and use my TG, right now though I'm just having another cup of coffee and relaxing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, a quick note before I rush off to yoga!&amp;nbsp; Still super busy at work--like I may have to take work home for the first time in my life busy!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The good news is that my shoulder doesn't hurt any more than it did yesterday.&amp;nbsp; The bad news is that it isn't better either!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted our rec center about SPLASH and the response was "the best we can to is a sub position right now". That's okay with me, but if I expected a certain class format and then someone (me) showed up and taught aqua dance, I don't know if I would be very happy about it.&amp;nbsp; We'll see what happens.&amp;nbsp; They wanted me to come do a demo at 8 in the morning at one of their classes and I said--I work downtown.&amp;nbsp; Showing up at 8 am for 20 minutes is not going to be possible.&amp;nbsp; insert eyeroll here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sure would like our missing people to check in with us so we know they are okay!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48049"&gt;@JudyL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;So happy that your eye is doing great!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;No run for me today.&amp;nbsp; Exhausted.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Rex came through surgery fine.&amp;nbsp; He has clean teeth and 3 were removed.....poor guy.&amp;nbsp; The vet thinks the growth on his elbow that was removed is cancerous.&amp;nbsp; We'll get results in 3 to 5 days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I spent the night on the floor next to him, but then he went upstairs to be near my son.&amp;nbsp; He had an upset stomach at 4:30 .......not too bad.&amp;nbsp; I gave him pain pills after that.&amp;nbsp; He's such a good boy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Good morning everyone. &amp;nbsp;Well, I'm thanking God this morning that I've been blessed with another year on this beautiful Earth with decent health and strength. &amp;nbsp;Most days, I think I still have all of my faculties, too, lol. &amp;nbsp;I'm ok for 71.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20421"&gt;@Helen Bach&lt;/a&gt;, until you can actually walk again, do chair exercises using your arms. &amp;nbsp;And if you can move your legs when sitting, that would count. &amp;nbsp;I wish Fitbit wouldn't call it 'steps' because it's movements that out towards health. &amp;nbsp;Although I do workouts in the normal way, I do arm exercising while watching tv.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10989"&gt;@MickD&lt;/a&gt;, Rex is having a horrible time! &amp;nbsp;Hopefully, he gets better each day. &amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48049"&gt;@JudyL&lt;/a&gt;, maybe Rex is your dog....sorry, I can't remember, lol. &amp;nbsp;(Did I just say that I still have my faculties? &amp;nbsp;Lol).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning, well it's another fall like day here, raining and 55.&amp;nbsp; Oh well....it's better than 90 which we could reach over the weekend and they said very muggy.&amp;nbsp; Oh joy!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just finished 40 minutes doing the Cardio free challenge workout by Rosalie Brown on my TG.&amp;nbsp; Since I moved it up into the living room I am so much more consistent.&amp;nbsp; I think it's because I can watch the workouts on my regular TV using my Roku.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can't do that in my basement.&amp;nbsp; But I really don't like it in here.&amp;nbsp; My living room is very small and when you add in furniture it's smack in the middle.&amp;nbsp; If I know someone is coming over I'll have to close it and drag it to the bedroom, thats a royal pain too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MickD poor Rex, I would do exactly as you, I'd be sleeping with him too.&amp;nbsp; How is he today?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Foxxie I am the same way.&amp;nbsp; First thing in the morning I go out to the deck and thank God for another day and all my blessings, then I get my coffee and read my devotionals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Judy are you able to walk today.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How is the wrist doing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DrKelli what did you do to your shoulder.&amp;nbsp; As I've said my right is funky, its the rotator cuff but not bad enough to have anything done but it is hindering my shoulder work and I am babying it as I know it can get worse if I don't.&amp;nbsp; Oh well....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless how are you doing, thinking about you.&amp;nbsp; Are you still watching ANW?&amp;nbsp; I've been watching it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura where are you, we miss you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lucy how is everything going...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving to everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
