      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a reaction to lip sunscreen and they swelled up. now days later the swelling is gone but they are still&amp;nbsp;broken and chapped and bleeding and hurt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been using Blistex and Hydrocortisone cream, nothing helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what will heal my chapped sore lips??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;For me I would use Neosporin.&amp;nbsp; I find it takes the burn, sting out of owies.&amp;nbsp; But I dont think you would want to lick your lips or use it while you are eating.&amp;nbsp; I would put it on at night.&amp;nbsp; Another good healing ointment or cream is Desytin (spelling?).&amp;nbsp; The diaper rash stuff.&amp;nbsp; It coats and heals, then again dont lick your lips. &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use straight vitamin E for my lips if they are irritated like that. I would not put cortizone cream on my lips, because it's going to get ingested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
