      <description>&lt;P&gt;Woops...I posted on the wrong month...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Hey ladies! Hope everyone is having a good day. I woke up at 3 and couldn't fall back to sleep so was up way too early for the 3rd day in a row...funny I don't consider 5 a.m. 'early'(which is my normal rise and shine time)...compared to the past 3 days, that would feel like sleeping in.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We did 8 miles this morning, it was in the 20's when we left but is 32* now. I didn't even wear anything on my ears and had to take my gloves off by the last mile. Felt good for a change! Snow, ice and rain for next week...ick.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Trying to decide what the rest of the day holds...it's too nice out to stay home, regardless of my early wake-up call.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm going to watch some of the SS Designer shows tomorrow...one of the few things I watch on the Q or have any interest in.       <description>Hi, all! Woke up a little late, so didn't get in my full weight workout, but I lifted heavy and went from one exercise to another, so I'm sure I'll be sore tmrw. Then spin. &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt; Pushed myself and it felt good -- and hot and stinky and sweaty. Lol! Ran to the store to get a few more things for our SB party tmrw night. And cleaned the bathrooms and dusted downstairs. Washing the table cloth and I think I'm done except for food prep. The dogs REALLY need baths, so I'm going to try to talk hubby into it. Hard to do on my own with two, and takes twice as long, because I like them really dry, especially in the colder weather. I'm just going to hang around the house today, and I'm SO glad! Hope you all have a good weekend. Patty, did you buy anything good? Not sure if hubby and I are doing V-Day gifts. We aren't usually too big on the holiday. &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt; This year, we are just staying in and I'm fixing something delicious and picking up our fave dessert from a local place for dinner.       <description>You ladies are motivating! I'll have to keep my eye out for this thread. I walked 3 miles carrying 35 lbs in my neighborhood. I found the biggest hill we have and went up and down it 4 times. I had to improvise this morning, since I'm on call for work, and have to stay close to my computer!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome Bagsers! &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;nomless, in CF and bootcamp, we just carried kettlebells or dumb-bells...or did lunges across the gym with a 45-lb plate held above our heads.  So I'm wondering if there is an easier way too...bagsers???&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Would you believe the tops of my feet are sore today???  How weird is that?  My back is too but I used the 25-lb db's for rows so that I can understand. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I hope I didn't make a miscalculation in my JR purchasing...lol.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, I did post yesterday and it must have disappeared again.. That's annoying.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I just made myself some breakfast.  Hubby and sons went to camp yesterday for their man weekend!  I had my alone weekend with my buddy Logan.   Another cold morning but I had my wood stove fired up early so it's nice in here..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Who's watching Super Bowl today?  We are for sure...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I am using my son's laptop and am very new to this so pardon me if I mess it up.       <description>Hi, all. Well, it's snowing here. Just light and fluffy and beautiful, but still coming down. Apparently there could be ice under it, so we are staying in today. I'm sure people will still be here for the party since the roads will be driven on by then. We will have 12-14 people. Nothing big -- just our closest friends. The usual gang that always gets together. Hubby and I woke up this morning and got food together and made breakfast and now I'm just relaxing. I might hop on the treadmill a little later. I could fall asleep last night, and then woke up at 6:30. Yuck.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Took Lucy out and paid the rent in the rain, came inside and cleaned a bathroom, onto my kitchen and look outside to see big whit fluffy flakes falling down!  That was fast!  Much better than the rain!  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Oddly enough(time of month and not much sleep)f, I was on fire today...ran fast and strong, moved through my circuits quickly and efficiently, using 20lb dumb-bells for my exercises.  Even the PT said I was "busting it big time"...I think I'm coming back. &lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/thumbup1.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}" /&gt;  Hate to speak too soon...lol.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Now if I can keep this up through a major move and being transient without having a house and traveling for a few months, and if my son stays healthy...I might be onto something...lol!&lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/wink.gif" alt="Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Oh, have to share...we did some moves today with the straps that I loved...one-handed squats where you turn and touch the floor behind you when you squat down, then you reach and touch the top of the strap on the way up.  Squats where you keep your arms outstretched above you in the air while keeping tension in the straps the entire evolution...you don't expect it to be so hard on your arms but that constant tension really catches up with you. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We did back and forth .20 on the treadmill, hop off and do 200 meter row, back on treadmill for another .20, back to rower for 200 meters...back and forth as fast as you can.  That was my favorite.  I kept my speed up on treadmill for every set.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Anyway, we really enjoyed class today, went by quickly.  I love him, wish I could go to all of his classes! &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning everyone!!!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Keep hoping Tony, bagsers, Judy, cosmetics, et al, will pop up here...miss you guys! &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Lucy and I hit the trails this morning, not sure how many miles we did but it was a good jaunt.  I wanted to wait until we were out of the 20's but Lucy didn't...lol.  We hiked and ran, had a great time...saw a ton of bright red Cardinals and we saw two large Doe with the biggest, whitest, fluffiest tails I've ever seen. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I think I could really get into trail running, it's a lot of fun and the time goes by quickly because you have to concentrate on the terrain so you don't fall. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Sun is out and an ice storm is coming tonight so I'm sure we'll go out again later today.  nomless, Lucy doesn't really mind the rain...just doesn't like to be wet AND cold. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm sore this morning...biceps, front delts and chest. I am not a computer person at all and I hate how much we are now doing at work. I have been working out. I have been doing a variety of DVDs. Jillian, Chalene, ShaunT, Firm and LS. Sounds like everyone is doing well. If it weren't for the weather, I think we'd be smiling even more. Big storm coming tonight so it means I will be leaving really early tomorrow. the last few hit the coast but it is gonna get me this time! Oh well! Stay warm and safe!</description>
