      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really hate these knee jerk 'studies'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two tablespoons per mouse per day for six months. That's a ton of oil for the size of the subject. Just about anything in large enough doses is going to be bad for us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like everything else, moderation, consideration, and definitely more studies needed for this particular new food crisis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, to be healthy...there is no substitute.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;All &lt;/I&gt;processed oils are extremely bad for us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even those oils from extra virgins (giggle).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mic.The Vegan has a study/research based channel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s a light-humored approach to food stuffs...and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he just released his oil video recently.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I remember, way back, when canola oil was deemed to be the very best, healthy, choice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then it wasn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I guess it is again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was never drawn to canola oil and avoided it all along.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Something about it just never felt right to me jpersonally.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Plus, it seemed kind of gross.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Flavor is in the fat. So you increase the carbohydrates , increase your insulin and up goes your weight. There are two LDL's Type A LDL which accounts for about 80% . It has a neutral impact on heart disease. Small dense Type B LDL accounts for the other 20% which is driven by carbohydrates. Type B contributes to heart disease. We need to eat certain dietary fats for our nervous system and immune systems, cell membranes and to make hormones. So the choice is eat good fats in your diet or make bad ones in your liver.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I put my lunch salad ingredients into Cronometer -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 cups romaine (yes, I eat a large salad!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;red bell pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;carrot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;celery&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fuji apple&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fat free mango coconut pepper dressing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Huh, just from this salad I got 20% of my Omega 3 requirement for the entire day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I put in my early morning smoothie (before gym)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 banana&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup blueberries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 mango&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tbspn. flaxseed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 cup spinach&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 cup almond/cashew milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and, my breakfast&amp;nbsp; (after gym)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 cups steel cut oats&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup blueberries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tpsn. flaxseed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 walnuts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 cup almond/cashew milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total 473% of my Omega 3 requirement for the day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;85% of my Omega 6 requirement for the day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's an excellent ratio&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not to mention OH, there's no added oil anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How could that be?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.&amp;nbsp; The romaine alone has a very nice nutritional profile and contains 5% fat (of the omega 3 variety)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plus, it all tasted really good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img id="catlol" class="emoticon emoticon-catlol" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_cat-lol.png" alt="Cat LOL" title="Cat LOL" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
