topic Hyper Ric in Wellness

I have an Aero Pilates machine and I usually watch the shows to pick up and learn new exercises. Ric was so hyper that I became a little nervous watching him. Is he usually that way? I later watched the program with the volume off and just watched the presentation later that evening. Marjolean was great but this Ric. Well, maybe it was me, but he is so hyped up.
