Just wondering what all of you do to stay in shape? I walk and jog and ride my bike. We have five rescue dogs that we take to the dog park and we get some good exercise rounding them up to go home.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I do three miles on the elliptical in the morning as soon as I get out of bed (it has to be as soon as I get out of bed or I won't do it).&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;At work, over my lunch break, I walk three miles outside.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;On weekends, I either do three miles on the elliptical or 3 miles on the treadmill, whichever feels the best to me at the time.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Gives me six miles of cross-training a day throughout the week. Three miles on weekend days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do work out with the PBS shows Monday-Saturday for 1/2 hour to an hour. Try to get in 50-60 laps in the pool, weather permitting. Count my calories. Also lots of gardening during the day. It all adds up. I'll be 80 in October and I feel fine and wear size 6 pants and skirts.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I run at least 3 miles at least twice a week (more if the weather permits).  I use my fitbit to track my steps and aim for 10,000 per day.  I eat right and log my food on Myfitnesspal during the week.  I have an air stepper to work out when its too cold out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I eliptical for 45 minutes 4 days a week, and just started running, so, I'll mix that up with the eliptical.  And, I ride 3-4 times a week.  Mucking stalls and cleaning up the barn burns a lot of calories. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Walking works great for me.  I listen to music while I'm out and walk at a pretty good pace.  My route is around three miles. Sometimes I go walking twice a day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined a Fitness 19 near my house about 6 months ago and try to go 3 times a week.  I use the treadmill or bike for about 15-20 minutes and then I do some resistance training and weights on the other machines for another 30 minutes.  I really enjoy it!  Reva&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Oh my golly...how inspiring all of you are!! I stopped by Heath and Fitness boards this afternoon because I was feeling down, very depressed actually, about my weight. Have gained back 35 pounds after losing 80 a few years ago. Lost the weight on Weight Watchers, then used Jenny Craig to maintain (sort of). I have been trying Weight Watchers again but am struggling struggling struggling. Have never exercised much at all. Now I am thinking I must move as well as diet. I ordered Barre 3 DVDs today. Any encouragement or suggestions would be much appreciate. I am 53 and have been fighting with my weight since I was 16. Thanks!</description>

      <description>Aiminghigh, as a Lifetime member of WW, I certainly had my ups and downs with weight. Here's my best advice. First, just keep trying. Don't beat yourself up for gaining weight. You're still a good person. Nobody else talks as badly to us as we women talk to ourselves. Success always requires numerous attempts and failures. We're only human, not perfect. As for exercise, do something you like. I go to aerobic dance classes three times a week and aerobic interval training, which includes free weights, twice a week. I used to figure skate and play tennis but a torn Achilles forced me to pursue other activities. The bottom line was I could never have stuck with any of these work-outs if they weren't fun for me. Experiment with different activities and keep an open mind. If something bores you, try something else. The key is to keep at it. You can do it!</description>
