    <description>&lt;P&gt;I take a probiotic gummy. Two a day. Your immune system health starts in your gut. I do not know if they do anything. But being on a biologic I feel it can’t hurt to take them. I haven’t been sick at all since starting them a couple of years ago. &amp;nbsp;I do try to eat yogurt also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My doctor recommended to take probiotics when I'm on antibiotics. I don't take them otherwise because I eat a diet that maintains a healthy gut.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think using it every day gave&amp;nbsp;me uncomfortable stomach things&lt;SPAN&gt;😑-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And unless I"m wrong, years before acidolpholus became the more expensive marketed "probiotics", it was just plain ol acidolpholus, bought inexpensively in any vitamin isle, thoough it might be harder to find amidst the row of overpriced probiotics.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never thought about taking a probiotic until my trainer and my doctor both recommended it.&amp;nbsp; I take Peptiva with a sleep supplement, and though expensive, I feel better than I have in a long time.&amp;nbsp; I was always skeptical about such things, but I am very pleased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had to stop buying the brand I was taking because most Probiotics do have dairy in them. I make kidney stones so I had to stop taking them. I now take Andrew Lessman's Probiotic but I am going to look for plain old acidophilus in the vitamin store. I'm sure it's much cheaper.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
