      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is absolutely true that "You Can't out train a Bad Diet". .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been in the fitness world for going on 36 years, and I've never seen anyone make any lasting change without a commitment to a nutritious way of eating.&amp;nbsp; Low carlorie ,combined with low nutrient density(i.e. insufficient nutrients)&amp;nbsp; will always fail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exercise is fantastic for improving cardiac function, lowering certain markers for disease, and improving body composition (many people are fooled by the number on the scale - it does not tell you how much fat to lean tissue you are made of).&amp;nbsp; But it will not result, alone, in a substantial weight loss.&amp;nbsp; Unless you are starving yourself, and that will backfire on you, count on it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One helpful tool for those going on a "diet" is to track nutrients on a tracker, such as Cronometer.com.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't just tell you your daily calorie intake, but macro nutrient breakdown (% of protein, fat, carbohydrate) and gives you a look at your daily nutrient intake, including vitamins, minerals, Omega 3s and 6s, transfats, water.&amp;nbsp; It is very helpful to see if there is something really missing in your plan.&amp;nbsp; Of course, this does not replace having a blood test to determine these things (you may not absorb nutrients as well as you should, for a variety of reasons) BUT it is a very helpful tool and starting point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It was a challange though he did not know it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;Six days a week I hit all 4 pieces to work different parts and muscles. Been tweeking my (and DH's) food intake for years and now this same person makes me/us eat even better. Along with my personal control of my hypothyroid that's easily allowed me to finally drop weight, to date a total of 17lbs since May2017. We women are always griping about that menopausal big belly that grows which WAS most of my fatness. Well guess what, my working combo of better eating, way better thyroid, working out my big belly is almost GONE!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;So it takes more than just a 20-30 minute walk around the block. Let me also say that after I do my 30-40 minute workout, my poodle and I then walk for 30-40 minutes around the neighborhood. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;It's a mind-set ladies to just put YOU first with how you treat yourself. It can be hard but it's so much more easy to say no NO to the chips and dip, NO to the pasta, bread, sweets, high fructose/sugars. You don't think so? Get out of bed tomorrow morning and just say YES to YOU and NO to the bad stuff. Do this for YOU. Do this for the rest of this new January, weigh yourself today, do not weigh yourself until January 31st. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;I promise you, you will be amazed at your new numbers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;I am so proud of myself, I now not only feel great (due to controlled thyroid as wght was n ot my only problem; get this quick &amp;amp; easy blood test done to check your thyroid, I really feel this is imperative for women), I am looking good now due to working out. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;Toot your own horn at the end of this month - it WILL make you WANT to continue and do even more for who?&amp;nbsp; YOU!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many diets work, but people give up because they don't see a rapid weight loss.&amp;nbsp; Then they go back to same ole, same ole.&amp;nbsp; You have to find what works for YOU, and what you can continue with for the rest of your life.&amp;nbsp; If you have to go through several to find one you can stick with, so be it.&amp;nbsp; But key is sticking with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always start with your doctor.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you're healthy and have no underlying medical issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
