I take CLA Conjugated Linoleic Acid from Safflower Seed Oil 1,250 mg 3 times per day with meals. I saw this on Dr. Oz last July and thought I would try it because I carry most of my weight in my abdomen. I have been very pleased and there has been a definite decrease in my Belly Fat. The softgels that I get only have 12 Calories each so I save calories as compared to Safslim.

Has anyone ever tried this product? I bought safslim when it was a tsv. I love it! It really reduced my belly fat. I checked with my doctor and she saw nothing wrong with it. After reading information about it, I agree it helps keep my blood sugars low.

Decided to stop taking it before meals and found that what I had lost came back. Later, I saw Montel Williams on the Dr. Oz show and he had the same reaction when he forgot to pack it on a business trip. Even with other similar supplements for weight loss, I just can't remember to take it 30 minutes before a meal. Getting to the point where I won't take anything. Back to the elliptical!
