      <description>&lt;P&gt;I take this supplement have for a few years. I like it it seems to help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have this nerve damage stuff going. On in y feet for like 8 years it showed up,after some epidurals for surgeries anyway. If I stop this for a few days I notice a lot more tingling and &amp;nbsp;hurting inmy feet and legs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just this week we have had this wicked virus so with bei g so sick I just dditn take it and my feet have been tingling and hurting a lot more so.......? I'm not saying anything to take &amp;nbsp;it or not but every single i&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;time i quit after a short while things start bothering g me so?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do buy a good brand one a pharmacist on line recommended. I'd not buy this from any company I'd make sure I get a good brand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MaryJo Ut.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
