      <description>&lt;P&gt;i use the pills or the sublingual once a week or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;generally 3mg is enough to put me to sleep within an hour of taking it. how many mg are you taking?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont have trouble staying asleep, i occasionally have trouble falling asleep.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino"&gt;My problem usually isn't falling asleep, it's staying asleep despite being on Lunesta.&amp;nbsp; I had a sleep study done in 2010 and discovered that not only was I getting less REM sleep than normal, it was poor quality too boot!&amp;nbsp; I was prescribed a CPAP but it's very claustrophobic and dehydrating.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino"&gt;I use Melatonin or Advil/Tylenol PM.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I took melatonin in various doses for quite awhile, it worked at first, but then not so much. I do deep breathing exercises now and if I'm tired enough it knocks me out and usually I can sleep 4 or 5 hours before I wake up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Melatonin didn't work for me, but I have trouble both falling asleep (can't shut my brain off!)&amp;nbsp;and staying asleep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Dr.&amp;nbsp;gave me&amp;nbsp;Trazadone and it works like a charm for me. I take 100 mg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's non-narcotic, no addiction threat, no 'hangover' the next AM, with none of the side effects of&amp;nbsp;a lot of the&amp;nbsp;prescription sleeping meds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Talk to your Dr., you'll be SO glad you did, IMO!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I tried the regular melatonin supplement, it just made me groggy in the morning. Very happy with the tart cherry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; At bedtime I also take Passionflower lozenges and some chewable L-Theanine. Both are safe and you can find them at a health food store. They do relax you to fall asleep.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
