They are sensitive

to 'natural flavors', 'natural spices' and citric acids, etc. which are

chemicals added to compliant foods which stimulate the palette

and create enough dompamine hits for one to return to that food

again & again. That's why when we squeeze an orange slice into

our water, it's 'meh'....but if we drink orange flavored LaCroix or

Ozarka sparkle water is...OMG..that's good!! See the difference?

The manufacturers added that chemical to get you hooked.

@Sweet_Serenity Earlier today you wrote about a Tazos tea.

I checked the ingredients...and it has 'natural flavorings'...which

is a chemical & not compliant if one is trying to eliminate the

stimulants in our foods. Many people, including the Low Fat Plant Based people would consider this 'splitting hairs' but for many others, being additive free, as well as SOS free...this is the difference between being

morbidly obese vs healthy goal weight.

Believe you might have mistaken my lifestyle. Plant Based my fats come avocodo walnuts seeds. Make sure daily eat all mentioned. Appetite non existent since cleaning house. Energy level incredible.

I'm low fat & eat avocado/seeds, but if one is battling weight, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, etc..all overt fats should be eliminated...and obviously no processed oils. We can get plenty of dietary fat just by veg/fruit/starch/beans.

Iam NOT battling obesity or over weight nor diabetes or any health issues.

Exercise 2 to 3 hours daily training for mathron.

That's great!

The majority of PB doctors will advise low fat to be 10-15% of total calories for optimum health, including those at normal weight. If anything, fat within the 10-15% range will produce less inflammation if one is moving...plus recovery will be less so training can continue day after day.
