    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37168"&gt;@nomless&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Monty had a great night last night. &amp;nbsp;During the night he ate, drank, peed, and pooped! &amp;nbsp;I was happy! &amp;nbsp;Today I left work at 12:30 and came straight home so I could spend time with him. &amp;nbsp;He wouldn't come out from under the bed so I decided since I was going to spend time in the bedroom with him, I might as well clean out and organize my closet. &amp;nbsp;I got a lot done - talking to Monty the whole time. &amp;nbsp;LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Afterwards, I decided to try the Cat Dancer toy that I bought him to see if that would coax him out and it sure did! &amp;nbsp;He loves it! &amp;nbsp;He came out and I got in lots of pets, a few belly rubs, he head butted me a couple times, and purred! &amp;nbsp;We played for quite a while and then I gave him some wet food and he ate it all, ever last morsel. &amp;nbsp; That wet food is a hit! &amp;nbsp; The verdict on his kibble is still out so I might be changing that. &amp;nbsp;When I left the bedroom, I left the door open and from the kitchen I could see him peaking his head around the corner. &amp;nbsp;So I called to him and he came out and checked out the living room and dining area and part of the kitchen then went back under the bed. &amp;nbsp;So lots of progress today! &amp;nbsp;He's such a love and such a big boy!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Happy Saturday morning to everyone. &amp;nbsp;For those of you with outdoor plans, enjoy. &amp;nbsp;Hope it doesn't rain on you. &amp;nbsp;We're going out to dinner/lunch this afternoon and that's the highlight of the weekend.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;My healthcenter is open all weekend, so I might go even on Monday. &amp;nbsp;Tomorrow, I'll check out the WW location that I have in mind for the first time. &amp;nbsp;It's in a direction that I don't normally go so, it might be a one time visit there. &amp;nbsp;My old WW mtg site had everything along the way that I can utilize to combine errands. &amp;nbsp;Grocery store, cheap Indiana gas, Walmart, Walgreens. &amp;nbsp;Everything is more expensive on the Illinois side of me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Zumba! this morning! &amp;nbsp;Enjoy the weekend!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy July 1st, it's chilly here 59! &amp;nbsp; I'm sitting here with coffee and watching CIJ. &amp;nbsp;Haven't purchased but enjoy watching and getting inspired. &amp;nbsp;I am scaling down though and have limited storage so can't get too carried away!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;foxxie sounds nice this afternoon, we have nothing planned which doesn't bother me, I"m a home body anyways. &amp;nbsp; I think I"ll ride the stationery bike this morning and watch TV, pilates maybe, I'll see how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daisy are you doing anything special for the 4th?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless, Judy, Tony, MickD, Lucy, and everyone have a great day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone! &amp;nbsp;Was feeling very down in the dumps this morning after I got home from WW. &amp;nbsp;Had good results but for some reason was feeling very down. &amp;nbsp;Anyway, I thought of all of you and in doing so you all got me up and moving and I did a 2-mile Leslie Sansome Walk DVD. &amp;nbsp;I did the whole thing too! &amp;nbsp;Suprised me since I haven't exercised in a very long, long time. &amp;nbsp;Feel energized, mood is lifted, and I'm ready to go for the day. &amp;nbsp;Thanks ladies for being there for me - even though you didn't know it! &amp;nbsp;LOL&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48049"&gt;@JudyL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sorry you were in the dumps earlier. &amp;nbsp;Good for you that you got a walk in! &amp;nbsp;I usually don't feel like exercising, but once it's done I feel a sense of accomplishment.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Did 2.75 mi/32.30 min on the treadmill.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have no plans to go out for the weekend....going through DS's stuff to donate. &amp;nbsp;He and DH are going to post star wars lego stuff on ebay. &amp;nbsp;DH is going to be a grilling fool all weekend. &amp;nbsp;DS and I are going to make homemade ice cream....should be fun!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;A fire at Camp Pendleton came within a mile of our hood a few days ago. I had everything closed up for a couple days, &amp;nbsp;but Roombie has picked up some ash from the floor.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Have a happy Saturday everyone!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Good morning everyone. &amp;nbsp;Yesterday evening, it got cloudy and eventually rained....for about 15 minutes. &amp;nbsp;On the other side of town it stormed like crazy, even had some trees downed. &amp;nbsp;We've been lucky several times this year, not getting the severe part of these storms. &amp;nbsp;I'm sure my side of town will get it soon. &amp;nbsp;Cloudy this morning but it's supposed to clear up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Went to WW yesterday and had a nice meeting. &amp;nbsp;I didn't start the eating with points yesterday, though, because I had leftovers from the Saturday anniversary lunch. &amp;nbsp;So I ate that. &amp;nbsp;Today is the real deal, though. &amp;nbsp;Monday is always &amp;nbsp;my diet start day anyway.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;When I locate the strip mall where WW was looking located, the first thing I noticed was Paneras sitting there. &amp;nbsp;Oh, no! &amp;nbsp;Obstacle number one, lol. &amp;nbsp;I'll defeat it, though.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Today is a regular day at the health center so it's Senior Cardio, strength training and maybe a walk. &amp;nbsp;It's been hard to walk these last few days because they varnished the gym floor the other day and the track, while upstairs, surrounds the gym which is below. &amp;nbsp;Glad they keep the place up but, yuck, the smell is nauseating.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;, Zumba was great Saturday. &amp;nbsp;After my WW meeting yesterday, I even stopped by the health center since it was on my route to get home.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#008080"&gt;Have a great day everyone!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning, yes it's almost here the 4th already. &amp;nbsp;My dad jokes that after the 4th, it's all down hill. &amp;nbsp; It sure goes fast though especially as you get older it really goes fast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll walk this morning, it's 60 out now and sunny, very dewy on the grass too. Usually see that in Fall. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last night we went down to the harbor, sat by the pier and watched the sailboats, then listened to my BIL in his band play down there. &amp;nbsp;It was packed too. &amp;nbsp;Tomorrow I'll take dad down so he can listen to "his" kind of music. &amp;nbsp;He was there with a friend yesterday and said "the music was terrible" &amp;nbsp;"all that boom, boom, boom." &amp;nbsp;LOL &amp;nbsp; He is expecting Lawrence Welk I think &amp;nbsp;LOL...gotta love him!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MickD, hope that smell isn't a fire brewing again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless 5 days off whooooo hooooooo &amp;nbsp;enjoy!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Foxxie I know you will do good on WW, and fyi &amp;nbsp;I love Panera and we don't have one in our area. &amp;nbsp;We have a bazillion pizza and sub shops but not a Panera!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Judy hope your spirits are lifted today!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daisy are you still with us?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DrKelli do you have a shortened work week this week?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving to all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning Everyone! &amp;nbsp;Originally I was supposed to work today but on Friday, the Firm announced it was closing today because so many people were taking it off anyway. &amp;nbsp;Wahooo!! &amp;nbsp;Now I have a 4 day weekend! &amp;nbsp;That was a nice surprise. &amp;nbsp;So I am truly enjoying a relaxing, no real plans, 4 days off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today will, once I get up and going, be a Leslie Sansome DVD, some housework, and then will do some scrapbooking or whatever suits me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Been looking at land/sea cruise options to Alaska for 2018. &amp;nbsp;Have looked at Princess Cruises and will check out Holland. &amp;nbsp;Those seem to be the best choices. &amp;nbsp;Don't know if I'll do it or not. &amp;nbsp;The one 3-day cruise out of Long Beach, CA that I went on with my ex-DH was not a good experience but that could have been the company I was with not the cruise's fault! LOL &amp;nbsp;There appears to be as many unfavorable reviews as favorable ones for the Alaska cruises so just not sure what to do. &amp;nbsp;An Alaskan cruise has been on my bucket list so really want to go. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good Monday everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happpy 4th Everyone! &amp;nbsp;No plans for me today except laundry and some housework. &amp;nbsp;Have had a 4 day weekend and I kept putting that stuff off so today I must do at least some housework! LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will do a Leslie Sansome DVD today. &amp;nbsp;Did 2 miles yesterday and will do so again today. &amp;nbsp;Muscles are a bit sore today - a good sore tho. &amp;nbsp;Usually I overdo and am so sore I can hardly move but this is just enough that I know I did something but not enough that I can't do anything for a couple days. &amp;nbsp; Make sense? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/176284"&gt;@Mmsfoxxie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I have the WW app on my phone also and love it for going to the store and being able to check what the points value is on something. &amp;nbsp;Can't tell you how many times I've put something back because the points were too high. &amp;nbsp;Haven't used the App for counting points but maybe I should try that. &amp;nbsp;Seems like it would be easier than getting on the computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone enjoys their day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
