      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. I take standardized turmeric w/ pepper, one 500mg cap with food three times daily. Recommended dosage per day is 1500mg for it to be effective. Do not take it all at once because you may experience GI problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have taken them for about a month, but recently I've experienced some diarrhea. I googled side effects and this can be one of them.
