My BIL who survived the Korean and Viet Nam wars, is a diabetic, has had 2 bypass surgeries and has a repaired aortic aneurysm and every heart problem you can have, died in an auto accident on Friday.

@Zhills ... So sorry to hear about your BIL All that he went through and then the way he died is just very ironic. We just never know....Prayers for your family.

What a shock. Accept my condololences.

I have multiple medical problems. Once I told a doctor that the 33 bus will kill me. He thought I was nuts. The day before the 33bus jumped the curb and seriously wounded two people.

OMG Zhills, how tragic!! To have been such a survivor and then die in such a way. My heart and thoughts go out to all of you. What a shock!!

So sorry for the loss of your BIL. He went through so much in his lifetime.

An unexpected and shocking death is very hard to deal with. It's very different than dealing with an expected death. Both very, very sad but very different.
