Could any of you share with me your thoughts from being on birth control? I am in my 30's and have never been on it but I am beginning to think it is the only thing to straighten out my cycle. I have tried bio-identical hormones, testosterone pellets and vitamins for 3 years now and truly no difference. I can go months without a cycle and am in a constant state of PMS. Yes, I do worry about weight gain and cancer risks from the pill but maybe there are different types now?! See, I need to hear from you smart ladies!
