    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's finally clearing up here in Denver. &amp;nbsp;We're supposed to be in the 80s by the weekend. &amp;nbsp;I took a quick fit class yesterday and today is Zumba. &amp;nbsp;I think I'm going to go to a zumba class at my local rec center on Tuesday nights. &amp;nbsp;They have classes Tues and Thurs, but since I have an 8 hour Zumba class on Saturday, I'm going to pass today. &amp;nbsp;I'm taking another instructor class next Sunday, but I'm not sure I am physically strong enough for it. &amp;nbsp;It is Zumba Strong and I watched some of the video and it looks super hard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/37168"&gt;@nomless&lt;/a&gt;, I'm glad you like your necklace. &amp;nbsp;I put one on today that I got on our cruise (one of the ship 'giveaways'). I always forget necklaces because if I am at a plant, I can't wear them. &amp;nbsp;My usual jewelry is a watch and a pair of sterling hoops that I've had for 20 years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#008080"&gt;Good morning, everyone. &amp;nbsp;Rain has stopped after two days...I think. &amp;nbsp;No flooding in my area but there was some in others.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#008080"&gt;Ho hum...not much to say. &amp;nbsp;Gonna do cardio clas, weight training class and maybe walking. &amp;nbsp;The schedule of classes summer schedule comes out today. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully it is better than the winter one in which, for me, Wednesday and Thursday were on my own days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#008080"&gt;Well, hope you enjoy whatever the day brings.. &amp;nbsp;If it's lemons, hopefully you can turn it into lemonade.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still getting cold rain here with temp continuing to be in the 40's. Very unusual for this time of year. But after several days of quiet rain, my, so much vibrant green all around. The rain has really helped the trees leaf out. It's lovely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a 20% off coupon from HSN, so I got the Jay King aquamarine necklace I saw last week. Even with the coupon, the price was about 50% higher than it was last week. Oh, well, for me it's a special piece being my birthstine, and I've never seen anything like it. Who knows if it will back or at what price point in the future. So I decided to get it now while it was available. It's a five strand nugget waterfall style. I have another necklace in the same style and like it. It can be worn loose or twisted into a torsade. I love aqua and will be happy to have this. Excited for it to arrive! So glad HDN does coupons...wish Q did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My foot still feels ok. I'm so glad I finally went to the podiatrist.....wish I had done it sooner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just checking in--Happy May Day everyone! &amp;nbsp;i would deliver a little basket of flowers to you all if I could!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent the weekend on the couch, sick. &amp;nbsp;Saturday was so miserable, every joint in my body hurt and I was prepared to go to urgent care yesterday if I felt the same. &amp;nbsp;I was a little better yesterday, not as achy. &amp;nbsp;Today, I'm still kind of congested, but nothing like the weekend. I didn't take any cold meds today, so hopefully, I don't need them tonight either. &amp;nbsp;They are hard on my stomach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't get to practice any routines the last week--because it took everything I &amp;nbsp;had just to get out of bed and move to the couch. Hopefully, I get back on track this week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had our traditional spring snow over the weekend. I was lucky and only saw a couple of inches. &amp;nbsp;Some areas had almost 2 feet!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you all have a good day. I'm going to try to do the Quick Fit class at lunch today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy May Day everyone, I remember when we were little kids people actually did put a little basket of flowers on your door knob. &amp;nbsp;Does anyone else remember that? &amp;nbsp;It was cool! &amp;nbsp;Not too May like here, on the verge of snowing, cold rain all day and all day tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;Not that unusual for us though but not welcoming either. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless we have no leaves yet, hardly any buds yet, just too cold out and there is so much water everywhere. &amp;nbsp;I don't think we are flooding but I know in the woods there is a lot of standing water. &amp;nbsp;Glad your feet are still doing good and neat you got your necklace with a discount. &amp;nbsp;I got that 20% off coupon too. &amp;nbsp;Would like to try those Toms shoes but never know what size to order, some say order down as they stretch but I'm assuming not in length. &amp;nbsp; I normally need 10.5, well good luck with that....so order 11's in most shoes but I don't want them to be too big either and 10's my toes are to the very end. &amp;nbsp;Thinking will try the 11's. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Lucy if your reading what would you recommend for me? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dr.Kelli sorry your feeling punky but it sounds like your on the mend, lay low and lots of rest. &amp;nbsp;If I was near I'd bring you some homemade chicken soup. &amp;nbsp;I have some in the freezer, speaking of I think I"ll thaw it out, its a soup kind of day!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;foxxie rain rain go away, come again another day! &amp;nbsp; Isn't that the truth! &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did an hour of Pilates today mixing in the rebounder and will not walk today, too crappy out and too cold. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try and have a good day everyone, dance in the rain!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone--Hope the weather improves as the week goes on. &amp;nbsp;We're expecting t-storms this afternoon, but at least it isn't a foot of snow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't take any cold meds yesterday or today and am not as congested, but still don't feel that great. &amp;nbsp;I did my small group training today and managed to complain the entire time. &amp;nbsp;My partner in crime told our trainer that between the two of us, she thinks I complain the most and he said oh noooo, I think it's a tie between you two. &amp;nbsp;Today is just Kelli's day. &amp;nbsp;Next week, it will probably be yours. &amp;nbsp;I did have to laugh at that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hump Day!&amp;nbsp; Sun is supposed to be out today, we had some crazy storms and wind the past couple of days..power was out.&amp;nbsp; Hard to believe there are 4 states out west that still have over 2-feet on the ground and they haven't seen bare grounds since September.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dr. Kelli...glad you're feeling better!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MickD...I thought of you when we toured one house.&amp;nbsp; The grout was so clean you could have eaten off of it...lol!&amp;nbsp; Seriously, house was spotless, made my heart go pitter-patter. &lt;img id="smileytongue" class="emoticon emoticon-smileytongue" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.png" alt="Smiley Tongue" title="Smiley Tongue" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bopper...yes, still searching.&amp;nbsp; Hard when you're not there to just go look at new listings. How is your dad?&amp;nbsp; Sorry you're having crappy weather but I saw you had sun yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I follow this dog on Instagram, never realized he was from Marquette until I saw under a picture a place you had mentioned before!&amp;nbsp; Also thought he was a Westie(like the kids have) and he's a Cairn Terrier...haha! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless...that's good to hear your foot is better and your doctor visit paid off!&amp;nbsp; Hard to know what to do sometimes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mssfoxxie...how's your husband doing on his diet?&amp;nbsp; I hope I've finally gotten over the hump on mine(Mast Cell)...ugh.&amp;nbsp; Can't eat anything!&amp;nbsp; You'd be surprised what you can and can't eat...and the "can" list is very, very small.&amp;nbsp; I spent the afternoon cooking up a bunch of vegatables that I can have.&amp;nbsp; So tired of eggs, chicken, and watermelon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems I have too much to say that is going on so I won't say anything...haha.&amp;nbsp; Don't want another book.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I did yoga, 4 on the treadmill, and took Lucy for a quick 2-miler, just had to get outside even though I'm not supposed to.&amp;nbsp; No new hives afterwards though, just bugs crawling under my skin.&amp;nbsp; Oh, then we walked to meet dh driving home and that was a mistake...could see the pollen blowing from the trees, looked like dust.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My reformer sled stuck in the up position on Sunday!&amp;nbsp; Went up, couldn't come down.&amp;nbsp; Took a while to get it unstuck too.&amp;nbsp; Never has done it before, and hasn't done it since.&amp;nbsp; DH tried to find what made it do that..thought maybe a part of the metal track was lifted a little but I didn't think so.&amp;nbsp; Who knows, hope it was a fluke.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Barre, weights, and treadmill(ugh) today...probably a quick bike ride too.&amp;nbsp; I hope everyone has a great day!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone, it is sunny and much warmer than yesterday. &amp;nbsp;Yes we had sun yesterday but it was soooo cold out and wind chill was like 23, today we are almost 60....Hooray for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lucy thank you for asking about dad, he's holding his own now. &amp;nbsp;We seem to have 2 good months and then the episodes start, seem to follow a patter . &amp;nbsp; We researched and found out almost to a tee what he is experiencing too and it is all about the elderly and types of seizures and he fits almost all of the criteria. &amp;nbsp;The meds cause bad side effects so its really hard to know what to do, he is 89 and already has some memory issues and balance issues and those are a couple of the side effects but when he's good he's really good. &amp;nbsp;Still tries to walk about 2 miles a day, still drives ( that is scary) goes to camp, he cooks and shops so like I said when he's good he's really good. &amp;nbsp; Not sure about your reformer carriage. &amp;nbsp; I did use a silicone spray on my wheels and wiped down the rails with olive oil and my squeeking stopped but that wasnt' your issue. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully it won't do it again. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Glad your feeling better and hopefully find a house in the very near future. &amp;nbsp;Not sure what dog you follow but that was cool!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;foxxie hubby has done well, men always lose so much faster than women. &amp;nbsp;I bet he is thrilled. &amp;nbsp;I have trouble with veggi's too, just don't like anything. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I think the country is sleep deprived, everyone has trouble sleeping it seems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless hows the week going? &amp;nbsp; Hope your jewlery comes soon and you love it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dr.Kelli glad you are feeling better, hard to do a class when you are not 100% but you made it through!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MickD Spring cleaning still? &amp;nbsp;You must have a spotless house! &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well lunch time and I'm starving. &amp;nbsp;Did my grocery shopping this morning and picked up more baby stuff. &amp;nbsp; I have a pretty good stash going so I can mail a big box when I am all set. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did 2.5 mi/32 min on the treadmill. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still cleaning...finished the pantry this am.....I really haven't deep cleaned since I messed my foot up......so the house needs it! &amp;nbsp;DH said that he'd splurge for a once a month cleaning service....nice offer, but I can handle it. &amp;nbsp;I just do a little bit every day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy Hump Day everyone!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fun to read all the posts and see what everyone is up to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mick, I should be cleaning, too, but I'm just lazin' around reading a book.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Foxxie, I'm not putting a lot of effort into finding another job, but I do look at postings now and then. So far, jobs require more time than I'm willing to put in. This job is ok even though there's no fun to be had.....I'd rather have no fun than work more hours, lol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bopper, I hope your dad is ok. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lucy, I hope your reformer glitch was just that, a one time only fluke.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Temps here are finally up a bit. Still rainy though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that I'm used to the physical demands of my job and now that my foot is better, I need to start thinking about doing workouts on days I don't work. Maybe I'll start this weekend...or Monday, lol. We'll see. I have a physical in early June and would like to meet my goal of weighing less than I did last year. I've met that goal the past 8 years and want to do it again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
