I took one yesterday with my dinner &amp; within two hours I was vomiting &amp; had diarrhea for the next four hours. As I was experiencing this, I recalled another time when I took Lactaid, I had the same reaction. I didn't realize it at the time, I just thought that the food I ate must have been bad. Of course, I will never, ever take one of these again.
