      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fell, breaking my wrist a couple of years ago walking on black ice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dr. performed surgery inserting a titanium plate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did physical therapy for about a month, could have gone longer but it's pricey and time consuming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had certain exercises to do, range of motion, stretching, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the end of my time for the day, the therapist would ice down my arm, &amp;nbsp; I couldn't imagine how that would help, I disliked the idea of being iced down (always thought heat was more therapeutic) but wow it did feel good. &amp;nbsp; And it was the right thing to do under the circumstances.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will still to this day use an ice pack occasionally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/76337"&gt;@lolakimono&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
