    <description>&lt;P&gt;Another 2#'s this week and a 16 week charm.  I really don't need the charm but it's nice to be recognized.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm just thankful the program is working and I can enjoy all the foods I love eating and still lose weight.  I came to the conclusion that I was definitely out of control on portion size and need to learn that.  I never learned portion size at all, I was raised with family style on everything on the table, our plates were loaded and we ate until we couldn't fit any more food in our stomach. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;This week, the fork gets set down.  Never have I ever learned to put the fork down, enjoy the food, take sips of water or your beverage and just enjoy what you enjoy, food.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I did know that it took 20 minutes for you to feel full but I ate so fast and so much that by the time it was 20 minutes, seconds were already eaten.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Hopefully others have had success this week.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
