I am currently trying the goggles called Tranquil Eyes for dry eye syndrome. They are goggles with a pad that you can use for moist warm or cold therapy. You can use them during the day with beads (included)for twenty minutes, and at night you just wet the pads and sleep all night with the goggles for moist eyes throughout the night.
