Requesting Prayers And Thoughts For DH

My husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer 4 or 5 yrs. ago. He opted to have the prostate surgically removed. They thought they got it all but they didn't. He will be starting radiation treatments soon. He will be getting them 5 days a week for 6 weeks. They started him off with 2 shots in his belly a couple of days ago. It has taken his appetite away and his belly is very red and sore. This is a common side affect. It is a hormone called Firmagon. I would appreciate so much your prayers and thoughts for him.

Sending prayers for him and hope that he makes and quick and full recovery. Prayers for you, also, because he needs you to be strong for him. DH is a two-time stage 4 cancer survivor, so I know what you are going through. Stay strong and ask for help if you need it.

I took candy to the folks in radiation. They loved it and it made me feel better to see the smiles.
