topic Nia Dance in Wellness

Has anyone tried a Nia dance class or DVD? I'm looking for an all around gentle alternative to my former high-impact, intense cardio routine. My hips and knees just ache at night now when I go to bed and I think it's from too much power walking and running on concrete as I get older. I want to save my knees and hips before it's too late, lol!
