How to send videos from phone -- android -- via email or to another phone.

My daughter sent me some videos by phone. She has the IPhone. Her hubby had to help her and it involves a program that takes larger files. I received the videos by email.

I have an android phone... galaxy note 3. I want to send these to my own computer... windows 8 and perhaps to another phone of a friend. Last time I tried it I had to upload to my computer, use a jump drive and hand it over to my friend... long dance videos. I could not send from my phone to email and didn't even try to send phone to phone.

1. Are there apps out there that might help me. 2. Are there programs?

I do use my computer. I just figured with all the new technology there must be something that transfers video files without the second or third step. Cannot find it even after using ole trusty Google.
