    <title>topic Windows Media Player &amp;amp; MP4 files in Electronics</title>
    <link>https://community.qvc.com/t5/Electronics/Windows-Media-Player-amp-MP4-files/m-p/82096#M951</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My Tai Chi instructor made a practice video using a cell phone and then burned DVDs for class members. It is an MP4 file, which I am unable to view on my laptop. I have Windows Vista and Windows Media Player 11. I think I need to install a decoder or codec file so I can play MP4 files on my laptop. Can anyone give me more details, and recommend a reputable site from which to download the needed file? TIA &lt;/P&gt;</description>
