Need "Back Arrow" help

When I am reading messages on the Q board & try to use the back arrow, it won't work. Just stays on the same topic. Anyone know what I need to do to make it work? Thanks for any help!

Be sure you have the most current version of your browser's software. Also, try deleting cookies, quitting the browser and then relaunching it. I've been using Firefox, Safari and Chrome with no problems.
