    <description>&lt;P&gt;Heard back for the second time this evening after posting on facebook QVC live, from QVC just moments ago, and they wanted more specific information, and are going to pass the info onto the IT team. I also informed them that some customers are saying that they are not getting audio on live presentations as well, where mine are already shown presentations on items shown on earlier shows or something I am interested in purchasing and looking it up on the web site so it could be a much later (older) presentation.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hello QVC moderators and guests&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i own 5 IPads, all are in great working order. However, since the latest update that occurs on its own due to ones settings, now , any videos showing your products once they have aired no longer have any audio to them, and this was on all 5 iPads. It works fine on my Apple iPhone , but my daughters and I can not figure out how to solve or resolve the issues with our iPads and QVC. We have tried various things from resetting, restarting , you name it. Is there something QVC can do in contacting their apple people and let them know that a lot of us with iPads can no longer watch past presentations of their products since the audio is gone?? PLEASE help us!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MJ&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The lack of audio on iPad videos about QVC products has certainly curbed my shopping. I think that everyone should contact the Social Team.       <description>I have gone onto APPLE support for the iPad and posted this information to them , I thought Apple should be made aware , not knowing if this will be successful but doing nothing will result in doing nothing… here is what I posted&lt;BR /&gt;QVC videos not playing on iPad after update&lt;BR /&gt;Today is Feb 6 2026. Per the latest update on the IPAD last week, since then, no one is able to watch current presentations or past recorded presentations of products shown on the QVC website. Many of us have brought this to the attention of QVC via community forums supported by QVC, or social media platforms. Many have responded that they are also having the same problem and it is annoying to say the least. Some viewers have brought it to the attention of the QVC management but it appears as if nothing is being done about the problem. Surely if this continues, QVC will loose a great deal of business as many of us shoppers rely on online retail at other times of the day that when the original showing was aired. I have asked QVC to reach out to Apple but received no response. I have 5 iPads in my home and none of them work with the QVC app or website since the latest update that occurred several days ago. I wanted to bring it to Apples attention and hopefully Apple can address it with QVC directly. Many of us have tried various suggestions on our iPads to see if those methods would work but none have. I had to adjust the steps to do it on my iPad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Open and play a video on Q.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Click on Safari at the top left of the screen.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Click on Settings for the-website-for-your-video&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;A popup appears&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Adjust microphone setting&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Close the video and exit the website&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Go back in and see if there is sound with the video. As a low-tech person, it never occurred to me to contact Apple about the recent loss of audio on the videos which apparently occurs only on iPads. I am so glad that you did! &amp;nbsp;Thank you again for contacting Apple and addressing the seeming "head in the sand" response of&amp;nbsp;QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im not so sure it is an APPLE problem, every other online venue such as HSN, JTV, and a couple others , I am able to go onto their direct website and watch with sound any and all of their videos of current and past presentations on products. It has been nearly 24 hours since my interaction with someone from QVC Live/facebook that has spoken and gotten back to me and I see the problem still exists for us IPAD users. Im glad you were able to fix it on your laptop but nothing successful as of yet for our ipads. My iphone is fine, hence again I think it has definitely something to do with the latest IOS download and QVC. For sure, sales will drop if we can not purchase items from videos without any audio.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to fix this problem.....I have an older iPad Pro not updated to the latest update.....I went to Apps.....Safari .....then compared every option selected. &amp;nbsp;The Block Pop-ups option was not selected on my older iPad Pro. &amp;nbsp;I de-selected that on my newest updated iPad Pro and it fixed the problem. &amp;nbsp;I now have volume on Safari on all my iPads. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you to whomever posted these instructions. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
