      <description>&lt;P&gt;My son's Tracfone &amp;nbsp;was lost/stolen. &amp;nbsp;He cannot access his email or credit card account (yes he notified his card co.). &amp;nbsp;He had his phone deactivated. &amp;nbsp;When he gets a new phone would it be easier to get a new email address rather than trying to restart/fix his access to his old account? &amp;nbsp;This has been a nightmare. I would hope that a new email and phone would allow access to his older accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No expert here, but I would speculate that as long as he remembers his email address and password he should be able to access the account from whatever device he uises.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to the internet browser on the device&amp;nbsp; and then&amp;nbsp; put in the website for his email provider...and sign in. Using his email address and password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
