well I went to check my texts one day and my phone didn't turn on and was dead . It will not turn on anymore . It was heartbreaking to lose all my photos ! Fortunately I have some of the same on my iPad and friends and family still had some they could provide to my new phone . But 100's are gone. I was hoping the picture saver could somehow get them. Oh and I did try a new battery at first thinking that was the issue, it wasn't .

Where were the photos being saved on that phone? If it was to a micro SD card then they should actually be on the card and not the phone and retrievable from that. You just need to take the card out.

The Picture Keeper Connect works with an app to run the backup. You would need to be able to use the phone to retrieve the photos.

We hope you have luck with some of the other suggested comments!

Picture Keeper is a great solution for preventing the loss of your precious photos and videos. Unfortunately, we all know someone who has had this happen to them.
