      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Is anyone with Verizon having issues with making phone calls or texts with their cell phones, on sos mode only? Guess it started yesterday in some states, but our problems started today.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Their engineers are working on the problem now trying to fix it. Until then, many of us cannot make phone calls, only an emergency phone call, but not everyone has that issue. I was just wondering if anyone else had that problem too.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Call Verizon. They had to reset the phone remotely and she had to remove her SIM card. There were numerous steps so it's not an easy "reboot" fix. The Verizon rep was able to get it fixed, but be patient as it will take a bit of time. Good luck!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
