    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It depends on how much you trust the vendor and their return/warranty policies. In general, if you get something electronic and it works when you get it, it should be fine going forward. Which is why the return/warranty process is important. You don't want to have to fight to return something that's broken when you get it. Modern electronics (other than batteries) tend to last a long time. If it's working fine when you get it, it'll likely last a long time regardless of who you buy it from. You just want to be sure you won't have an issue if it's broken when you get it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
