I bought the TSV HP Computer. "I received the computer and they sent me the Wrong Color.......". Also, the color I ordered is sold out. Also, no idea if that computer will be offered again.

How lucky can you get?...

@Catastrophe. Sorry that happened. You can, of course, return the computer for a refund.

Sorry you have had issues with your order and there should be something they can do to make it right for you.

With your question "How lucky can you get ?" I must tell you my story of how lucky I got !

I ordered Anderson Shrimp from QVC and it comes in a box of 4 bags cook and eat ( I have ordered them before and they are delish !) My order came timely but when I opened the box to my surprise it was not shrimp it was 4 bags of scallops ! (not my favorite seafood) I called CS, they apologized immediately corrected my order and I did not have to return the scallops and of course no charge for them. My correct order came within days and I gave the scallops to a friend. I do hope they can make your order right somehow and timely.

Imo, consider yourself lucky. QVC's tech offerings mainly consist of older products with lots of unnecessary add-ons to boost the price. Go to Best Buy and purchase something more current and likely at a better price.

@Catastrophe I understand how people want certain colors but will share my experience with an HP laptop I got from QVC a couple years ago. I got a beautiful blue color that I loved. When my computer got infected by a virus--my own fault, not HPs or QVCs--and took it in for repair, they discovered a break in the plastic holding the screen to the laptop. She said she could order a new screen for me. I got a return call a week later and she said since the color was a "special" color, the cost would be more than the entire laptop. Decided right then and there that I would go directly to the HP website from then on. These shopping channels may offer something that looks good, you may just have dodged a bullet by not getting your first choice. Try to look for the silver lining.

I think you are lucky.

I posted in another thread about all the electronics being shown, that I looked at the 15" TSV and there was a bar with 2 star reviews but when I tried to look at the reviews, the bar disappeared and it just showed "other options available."

So they deleated the poor reviews and I guess as they have done before , just added a new color or accessory and given it a new item no.

I've also read from other posters here that many computers and other electronics QVC sells are older or discontinued models and they add a color or accessory and

say only available on QVC!

So you probably dodged a bullet on this one.
